Elveta is a secure and reliable energy data platform that transforms real-time electricity-meter data into actionable insights and services. The platform collects data from P1- and HAN-enabled electricity meters, normalizes, stores, and analyzes it, and makes real-time and historical data, notifications, and control capabilities easily accessible through open APIs.
Elveta is developed and operated by Picofrost AB, a Swedish technology company with more than 25 years of experience in data communication, cybersecurity, data analytics, and IoT. Picofrost develops the complete solution in-house in Sweden - from apps and cloud services to electronics, mechanical design, and embedded firmware.
Development of Elveta began in 2022, bringing this expertise together in an integrated platform covering the entire data chain - from the electricity meter to analytics, applications, and third-party integrations.
The Swedish word "Elveta" refers to "knowing about electricity".

Picofrost products are marked with the symbol for electronic waste, a crossed-out waste bin. These products must be recycled as electronics at a recycling center or in the electronic waste collection in the waste room near the residence, according to the Swedish Waste Ordinance (2020:614). Remember that the entire product must be handed in, including cables. Please note that, as a first option, you can reuse your product by selling it or giving it away.
Picofrost AB is affiliated with 'El-Kretsen i Sverige AB' and thereby complies with the ordinance on producer responsibility for electrical equipment (SFS 2014:1075, 2014:1078). El-Kretsen operates a collection system and guarantees that collected electrical and electronic products are handled and recycled in an environmentally sound and correct manner according to applicable laws.
