These terms describe your rights and responsibilities as an API user (User) when accessing the Elveta application programming interface (API). The terms also describe the rights and responsibilities for Picofrost as the owner of the Elveta API and Elveta Energy Platform. End user below refers to the API user's customer.
By using the API, the user automatically accepts the terms of service stated here.
To use the API, the user is required to provide certain information, such as contact details, to Picofrost.
Picofrost will provide credentials for API access and the user is required to keep these safe. The user may not share, distribute, or resell the access credentials.
Certain API calls are available at no cost and some may require a paid subscription.
Requests to the API must follow the guidelines in the API documentation and may only be used as intended. Picofrost reserves the right to terminate API access if misuse is suspected.
The API will change from time to time and even though Picofrost aims to be backwards compatible, Picofrost can not guarantee that API endpoints will be kept or function the same forever.
Picofrost may use anonymized user data and end user data for statistics, analytics, etc.
The API is provided AS IS. Picofrost does not make any commitments on content, reliability, or availability.
